No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via local payment methods. For Visa or Mastercard transactions in a foreign currency, your card issuer's prevailing exchange rate will apply.

2.6 Withdrawal to Original Method. For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, cbajje requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit, wherever technically possible. cbajje may request evidence of payment method ownership before releasing withdrawal funds.

2.7 Transaction Fees. cbajje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges. cbajje is not responsible for any third-party transaction fees.

3.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal request will be approved. 3.2 Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. 3.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. cbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its withdrawal will retain their existing bonus balance under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cbajje. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended immediately, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth or identity documents.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

• Using cbajje's platform for any activity that is fraudulent, criminal, or harmful to other players, cbajje staff, or third parties.
• Registering a cbajje account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems.

5.1 Game Availability. cbajje reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend game titles and sports betting markets at any time without prior notice. The temporary unavailability of a game or market does not entitle any player to compensation.

5.2 Random Number Generators. All cbajje casino games that are not live dealer games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by our game suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). 5.5 Disconnection and Incomplete Games. If your internet connection is lost during a game or live bet, cbajje's system will continue to process the game or bet according to its normal rules. cbajje is not responsible for losses arising from poor network connectivity on your side. Any bets placed and accepted prior to disconnection are binding.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

6.3 Dormant Accounts. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration charge as disclosed in the account settings section of the platform.

6.4 Self-Exclusion. cbajje supports responsible gaming through voluntary self-exclusion.
